岗位职责 Job description:
1） 熟悉各类基金产品的运作情况，理解基金经理的观点和基金组合的特性，每月完成基金月报； Be familiar with the operation of all fund products, understand the perspective of fund manager and the characteristic of fund portfolio and complete the monthly fund report 2） 投资部季度策略报告PPT； Complete the quarterly strategic PPT of investment department 3） 海外市场周报； Weekly report on overseas market 4） 根据媒体不定期的需求，完成国内市场相关访谈； According to the irregular demand from media, attend the relevant interviews of domestic market 5） 日常市场重大点评； Daily market major reviews 6） 季度策略报告完成后与机构客户、渠道、顾问销售等交流投研最新的投资观点； After completing the quarterly report, communicate the updated investment perspective with institutional clients, channels, consulting sales 7） 新基金募集期间，配合销售和拟任基金经理进行路演和公司内部培训； During the period of raising fund, assist sales and appointed fund manager to carry out road show and internal training 8） 配合完成与投资有关的尽职调查问卷； assist and complete investment related Due Diligence Questionnaire 9） 了解潜在客户对新产品需求，反馈给BD部门并共同参与新产品开发工作。 Understand the demand of new products from the potential clients, and provide the feedback to the BD Department to together develop the relevant products 任职资格： Requirements: 1） 理解基金投资运作； Understand the operation of fund investment 2） 了解国内外资本市场的投资概况； Understand the investment condition of domestic and foreign capital market 3） 3年以上机构销售服务或类似经验； Over 3 years' institutional sales or related experience 4） 善于向客户或同事表达投资流程，投资理念和投资观点； Be capable of expressing investment process, philosophy and perspective to clients or colleagues 5） 工作主动积极，能融入团队工作； Be active and integrate into a team to work 6） 大学本科及以上学历，中英文听、说、读、写流利；（有海外留学且日常工作使用英文者尤佳） Bachelor degree and above, fluent in Chinese and English listening, speaking, reading and writing; (candidates with experience of overseas study and working in an English environment are preferable) 7） 有组合投资管理经验者优先。 Candidates with experience in portfolio investment are preferable |
